We send daily WhatsApp updates with photos and short notes, and you're always welcome to call or pop in. Parent–teacher feedback discussions are available by appointment any time you'd like to chat in more depth.
We have strict access control, signed sign-in/out at every drop-off and collection, valid ID checks for unfamiliar collectors, and we only release children to authorised persons. We run regular emergency drills and keep first-aid kits on site.
Our Explorers room (3 months–2 years) is designed for the youngest little ones with a low ratio of teachers to babies, lots of one-on-one cuddles, and gentle settling. We work with you on your baby's feeding and sleep routines so it feels like home.
We contact you immediately. Children must stay home if they have fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, or any contagious illness, and must be symptom-free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning — this protects all the children in our care.
Absolutely — we strongly encourage it. Tours are free, take about 30 minutes, and you get to see our spaces, meet the teachers, and ask all your questions. Book a time that suits you using the form on this page.
The full daily programme, all meals (breakfast, snack, hot lunch), structured learning, outdoor play, and daily updates. Afternoon snacks and Saturday aftercare are charged separately.
Fees are paid by EFT or bank deposit (we don't accept cash). Banking details are on the Fees page. Send proof of payment to us via email or WhatsApp by the 3rd of each month. Need a formal invoice? Just WhatsApp us and we'll send one through.
